A new development project in Bavli, as part of the urban renewal plan of Tel Aviv city center.

Our vision for the area has a strong focus on green surroundings and spaces for good neighborship and community life.

The design is based on the idea of a little village preserving the trees and the original elements of the international style.

The project will deliver approximately 300 new homes of which 50% will be for the original tenants.

They will be arranged to make the most of the central landscaped space.
